At Juventus, we believe data isn’t just numbers—it’s the key to understanding our fans and shaping decisions. We’re looking for a Head of Marketing Data, Media & Analytics to lead this transformation, integrating CRM, Direct Marketing, Media & Marketing Analytics, and UX/UI into one seamless fan journey, and building a martech ecosystem that powers ticketing, membership, e‑commerce, sponsorship, and media.


🎯 Your mission

  • Drive the evolution of Juventus’ data strategy, turning insights into personalised fan experiences and measurable business impact
  • Design and govern our marketing technology ecosystem (CDP, CRM, analytics, SSO, loyalty) in partnership with ICT and top providers
  • Build a 360° fan view across all touchpoints, leading segmentation, targeting, and engagement strategies
  • Manage paid media performance and campaign analytics to maximise efficiency and ROI
  • Translate fan behaviour and insights into actionable business cases for revenue teams
  • Improve UX and conversion performance across Juventus’ digital properties
  • Foster a data-driven culture across the Club, enabling faster decisions and stronger performance
  • Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team, promoting collaboration and innovation


đź§  Who you are

  • A strategic thinker with 8–10 years of experience in client-facing or management roles, ideally in sports, media, advertising, or entertainment
  • Expert in CRM, Direct Marketing, Media Analytics, and MarTech (CDP/CRM/analytics platforms)
  • Skilled in data strategy, segmentation, audience activation, and digital transformation.
  • Proficient in analytics tools, data visualisation, and performance measurement; strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion optimisation
  • Comfortable managing paid media performance and ROI analysis; familiar with data privacy regulations
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • A collaborative leader who inspires teams, simplifies complexity, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Curious, innovative, and passionate about sport, entertainment, and digital culture
