About The Role
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be part of a team of 10 in our central office of Casalecchio di Reno. The Digital Project Manager will be at the heart of product development, orchestrating cross-functional, international teams to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that drive business value.

As a Digital Project Manager, you will be part of a team of 10 in our central office of Casalecchio di Reno. The Digital Project Manager will be at the heart of product development, orchestrating cross-functional, international teams to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that drive business value.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Lead end-to-end digital projects (Mobile app, IoT Platforms, Connected Products) ensuring timely delivery, budget control, and high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Designers, and Software Architects to scope releases
- Define project plans, team roles and responsibilities, and coordinate internal and external resources effectively
- Identify and manage project risks and dependencies
- Ensure seamless communication across teams and sub-projects to maintain solution integrity
- Drive stakeholder engagement and transparent communication across all levels
- Champion agile and hybrid project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall)
- Support the redesign and continuous improvement of internal processes and ways of working
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a STEM field, or equivalent hands-on experience in tech project delivery
- Strong grasp of project management methodologies and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, etc.)
- Proficiency with modern project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Experience managing medium-to-large scale digital projects with direct client interaction
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
