We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Project Manager to join our marketing team and take responsibility for Latvia’s leading top water brand – Mangali. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow into a Brand Manager position in the future.

You will manage campaign planning, implementation, and performance analysis, ensuring that our brand continues to thrive in the market. You’ll work closely with the Sales team, Social Media agency, and other partners to deliver impactful campaigns and product launches as well as event and sponsorship activations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee marketing campaigns for Mangali, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution.
• Track brand performance, review results, and suggest improvements
• Support new product development and launch from concept to market.
• Handle invoicing and budget tracking for marketing projects.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in strategic planning and execution of marketing activities.

REQUREMENTS

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing or project management.
• Proven ability to plan and execute projects.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and results.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian and English.
