We are looking for a PROJECT MANAGER specialising in real estate, design, and construction projects to join our team!

• Full-cycle project management (from design to commissioning);
• Management of administrative processes and team workflow;
• Quality, deadline, and budget control;
• Supervision and coordination of design documentation;
• Presenting project solutions to clients;
• Delivering projects to the client within the specified timeframe and quality requirements.

• Higher education in construction or engineering is preferred;
• At least 2 years of experience in project management in design, construction, real estate, or related fields;
• Understanding of design processes, regulatory frameworks, and market trends;
• Good computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with office equipment;
• Ability to make independent decisions, lead a team, and work towards set goals;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills;
• Resilience under pressure, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Category B driving licence.
