To accelerate this vision, we are looking for an exceptional Product Manager to take ownership of the OS strategy and execution.

As the Senior Product Manager for Ondato OS, you will shape the core platform that powers all of Ondato's products. Your role will be pivotal in defining how clients configure workflows, manage cases, automate decisions, and interact with our suite of compliance tools. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and compliance experts, as well as our customers, to build a scalable, intuitive, and robust operating system for digital identity management.

What You'll Do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ondato OS with a focus on usability, scalability, and cross-product consistency.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, compliance workflows, and industry trends to drive product decisions.
• Partner with engineering and design to execute high-impact features from concept through launch.
• Define and refine system-level capabilities, including workflow orchestration, case management, permissions & roles, integrations, and automation.
• Ensure seamless interoperability between Ondato OS and other Ondato product modules.
• Translate complex regulatory/operational requirements into elegant product solutions.
• Prioritise initiatives by balancing user value, strategic alignment, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility.
• Facilitate clear communication and alignment among internal and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations, decisions, and dependencies are well managed.
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and decisions to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve the platform continuously.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B platforms, or compliance/fintech products.
• Strong experience with workflow-driven or platform-level products (e.g., operating systems, CRMs, case management tools, or automation platforms).
• A systems thinker who can design modular, scalable architecture for complex operational environments.
• Exceptional ability to translate customer problems into product opportunities.
• Solid technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows (you don't need to code, but you need to understand).
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term delivery.
