This role is deeply connected to the operation of IP addresses, subnets, routing, and proxy networks. You will work on features that require a strong understanding of IP resource management, IP intelligence, and internet infrastructure.

In This Position You Will
- Product Ownership & Discovery: Drive product development from discovery to launch, owning specifications, timelines, and iteration cycles. Translate complex business needs into detailed technical requirements, architecture drafts, and PRDs. Identify low-cost, high-impact improvements through user behavior analysis, interviews, experiments, and internal feedback. Help prioritize engineering work based on cost, user impact, feasibility, and business goals.
- Feature Delivery & Technical Execution: Collaborate closely with backend engineers to understand technical constraints around proxies, networking, BI pipelines, and platform architecture. Collaborate with frontend engineers to conduct experiments, clarify implementation details, and verify technical feasibility. Define operational requirements for new BI and data-mining features, including monitoring, logging, automation, and security. Support DevOps/SRE teams in designing scalable and secure integrations.
- Data, Intelligence & 3rd-Party Providers: Own the design of data collection, enrichment, and transformation flows used for BI, proxy intelligence, and platform insights. Evaluate and integrate external providers, APIs, and 3rd-party data sources, ensuring quality, stability, and cost control. Partner with internal data teams to define KPIs, dashboards, metrics, and analytical frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Guide the product designer to align features with real user needs, product goals, and usage data, and incorporate customer feedback into the roadmap. Collaborate with Growth teams: Sales, Marketing, CS, Account Management - on automation, self-service, and product-led growth improvements. Partner with the Legal team on internal tools that support fraud prevention, verification, and safety.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager; SaaS infrastructure, networking, or developer tools experience preferred
- Experience in proxies, scraping, data mining, BI systems, or similar technical domains
- Strong capability in writing clear documentation, specs, diagrams, and feature breakdowns
- Comfortable working with analytics tools for hypothesis-driven product development
- Experience with 3rd-party provider sourcing, vendor evaluation, and API integrations
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, routing, subnets, DNS, ASN) is a strong plus
- High product curiosity and strong attention to detail
- Clear, proactive communication and comfort with hybrid async + live collaboration
- Fluent English (C2 level)
- Ability to balance speed and quality when working with engineering and design
