Marketing Project Manager

Prime Prometics is the fastest-growing pro-age cosmetics brand in the world, and we’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and execution-driven Marketing Project Manager to support and strengthen our performance marketing team.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day campaign execution — from analyzing platform performance to preparing creative briefs, coordinating with agencies, media buyers, and ensuring all assets and tasks move forward smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day communication with agencies and advertising platform account managers, including weekly calls and follow-ups
• Actively analyze performance data across several ad platforms and prepare reports and campaign assets
• Take ownership of outsourced advertising platform performance, ensuring results are consistently optimized and contributing to continuous growth
• Spot problems early and fix them quickly to keep campaigns running smoothly
• Review and interpret creative performance, identify insights, and translate them into clear creative briefs for designers and editors
• Assign and coordinate creative tasks to ensure efficient workload distribution and high-quality output
• Keep all creative assets well-organized and easy to access
• Track project statuses, identify potential risks, and proactively communicate updates to stakeholders
• Take part in other marketing initiatives that would improve existing campaign performance or would open up new growth opportunities — new media channel testing, keeping up with market and competitor trends, researching growth opportunities, and more

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing initiative management and execution
• Understanding of and genuine interest in paid advertising platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent organization and time-management, with sharp attention to detail
• A proactive, reliable approach — you take initiative and solve problems independently
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and expand your skillset
• Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices
• Fluent English

SALARY:

Latvia: 2200-2800 EUR

Lithuania: 2600-3300 EUR
