We are looking for a versatile Analyst to support decision-making across markets, products, and business functions. In this role, you will gather and interpret market intelligence, evaluate competitive landscapes, analyze data, and provide insights that inform strategic initiatives and go-to-market activities across regions. You will work cross-functionally to turn information into actionable recommendations that help drive growth and support commercial and product teams.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, structure, and interpret market intelligence, including trends, customer behavior, and industry shifts.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis: benchmarking, tracking positioning, evaluating competitor moves and offerings.
  • Analyze internal and external data to uncover patterns, risks, and opportunities relevant to G2M strategy.
  • Support the creation and refinement of G2M strategy fundamentals, including segmentation, value propositions, and prioritization.
  • Contribute analytical input to localized go-to-market plans and monitor their execution impact.
  • Prepare clear presentations, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to answer various business and product-related analytical questions.


What We Expect

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience in market, business, product, or data analysis (experience in multiple areas is a strong advantage).
  • Ability to work with data tools (Excel/Sheets essential; other analytics tools are a plus).
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about new markets and industries.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and turning unstructured information into clear insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate research into actionable recommendations.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken).

  • Salary ranges from 3 500 Eur (gross) to 4 700 Eur (gross). The final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
