FullStack Developer – SharePoint, Angular & Secure Development

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in SharePoint, Angular, ServiceNow and secure development practices to support one of the European Institutions in Luxembourg.

This role combines application development, SharePoint engineering, and implementation of secure coding standards, working closely with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Application & Frontend Development

• Design, develop and maintain custom applications.
• Build and enhance AngularJS / Angular applications with efficient DOM manipulation.
• Write clean, performant JavaScript code (ES5/ES6+).
• Implement UI components using HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery (advanced DOM operations).

SharePoint Engineering

• Manage, customize and maintain SharePoint On-Premise environments.
• Integrate SharePoint solutions using REST API and CSOM.
• Contribute to SharePoint Online and Office 365 integration activities.

ServiceNow Integrations

• Implement ServiceNow workflows, configurations and integrations with external systems.

Secure Development & PAM

• Develop solutions following Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements.
• Apply secure coding guidelines aligned with ISO 27000 standards.

Technical Support & Documentation

• Troubleshoot and optimize existing applications for performance and reliability.
• Conduct requirements analysis with stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides and knowledge-base articles.
• Train end-users and internal teams on functionalities, best practices and security protocols.

Required Profile

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in software development.

Technical Skills

• AngularJS (1.x) and Angular – strong expertise.
• jQuery – advanced proficiency.
• SharePoint On-Premise development and administration.
• Experience with SharePoint REST API and CSOM.
• ServiceNow development (workflows, integrations).
• Strong JavaScript, JSON handling and data transformation skills.
• Proficient with C# / .NET or another server-side language.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.
• Version control tools: Git, GitHub, TFS.
• Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) and LDAP protocols.
• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) is a plus.

Security Requirements

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27000 standards.
• Understanding of PAM concepts and secure development practices.
