We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Innovation team.
Your Missions
- Managing the assigned projects:
- Determining the scope, actions and resources needed.
- Coordinating the interactions of the participants.
- Monitoring the tasks.
- Documenting the progress of the projects.
- Providing periodic updates.
- Taking decisions within the agreed boundaries.
- Ensuring the deliverables of the projects are incorporated into the targeted processes.
- Raising alerts and escalations when needed.
- Performing analysis and testing when needed.
- Participating in the regular updates to the macro-planning of projects.
- Any other project related activities that may arise.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in unit-linked life insurance.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Ability to positively communicate with people from different roles and cultures.
- University degree in finance or at least economics.
- Knowledge and interest in IT and technology.
- A project management certification is a plus.
