About the Company
The company is one of the world’s fastest-growing ed-tech platforms - a place where millions of students go not just to study, but to supercharge their learning. Built around an enormous library of student-shared content, the platform is now doubling down on AI: smarter summaries, instant quizzes, personalised study helpers, and new features that reshape how students learn every day.
They’re scaling, shipping and experimenting fast - turning AI into real, tangible value for learners globally. If you want to work somewhere where AI isn’t a side project but a core engine of the product, this is it.
The Role
The AI Product Operations Manager will be the connective tissue between data, product, AI, and growth. This is a role for someone who loves using analytics to uncover patterns, thrives in ambiguity, and knows how to turn insight into action.
You’ll help answer the big questions:
- Which AI features move the needle for student success?
- Where do we unlock more engagement and retention?
- How do we convert value into sustainable monetisation?
And then you’ll help orchestrate the cross-functional work to make it happen.
This isn’t back-office operations - it’s an engine for growth, product acceleration, and AI innovation.
What You’ll Do
Use data to shape the future of the product
- Deep-dive into user behaviour, AI tool usage, and learning patterns to spot opportunities
- Identify where engagement drops, where curiosity spikes, and where monetisation can grow
- Turn insights into experiments, funnels, and feature recommendations
Run high-impact cross-functional initiatives
- Drive projects end-to-end across Product, Engineering, Data, AI, and Growth
- Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to ambiguous problems
- Ensure experiments are well designed, executed cleanly, and evaluated rigorously
Strengthen product operations at scale
- Build dashboards, frameworks, and processes that make fast iteration possible
- Support day-to-day product operations with insight, organisation, and prioritisation
- Help the product team move faster, smarter, and with more conviction
Who They’re Looking For
You’ll thrive here if you have:
- A strong analytics/data background - you’re comfortable owning product metrics, funnels, and behavioural analysis
- A love for ambiguity - you don’t wait for perfect information; you help create it
- Experience in growth, monetisation, or revenue-related roles inside a product organisation
- Strong project execution skills - you keep teams aligned, unblock issues, and deliver results
- Great communication - you can explain data, opportunities, and decisions with clarity
- High ownership - you act like a founder, not a follower
Bonus points for:
- Experience in ed-tech, content platforms, or consumer subscription products
- Familiarity with AI-powered product features or experimentation frameworks
- Comfort working in high-scale environments with millions of users
Why This Role Matters
This is a rare chance to help shape an AI-powered learning platform used by millions. Your work will directly influence how students study, what features they rely on, and how the business grows. You’ll be stepping into a scale-up where AI isn’t the future - it’s the present.
High visibility, high autonomy, high impact.
