Role : Agile Coach
Location: Haarlem/ Aalsmeer / The Hague in Netherlands
Type : Contract -3 months (Possibility for extension)
We are looking for an Agile-safe coach who will guide the administrative level in the completion of the Transformation program of towards (scaled) agile working and the transition to the design of the LACE. In addition, you will guide parts of the organization in the introduction of lean portfolio management around their information provision. The basis for the (scaled) agile transformation are the working methods as developed within and included in the playbook. As a coach, you are genuinely proud of the results you have achieved in this area in the past at the administrative level within the government. And also with the development you have gone through yourself. You have a vision on scaled agile working, and what added value it can have for implementing organizations.
You also contribute to organization-wide knowledge building and awareness:
- Attention to general knowledge (mindset, values, principles, roles, agile, scrum, safe) and specific knowledge (in line with roles and role maturity), speaking a common language.
- Responding to the needs of the target group. wants to work together with the Client and ICT supplier.
- Advising on the appropriate method of coaching for aimed at filling new roles and phasing out old ones.- Improving the new consultation structure from a coaching perspective.
- Thinking along about inspiring and appealing forms: gaming, communities, intervision, workshops => facilitating, effective learning (learning to learn).
Job requirements
- You have knowledge and experience with Leading SAFe (or similar)
- You have knowledge of and experience with guidance of RTEs (SPC 6.0)
- You have knowledge of and experience with guidance of Product Managers (SPC 6.0)
- You have knowledge and experience with successful management programmes
- You have at least 8 years of experience in guiding organizations to new ways of working based on Agile/DevOps
- You have had a Business Administration education at least 3 years
- You have at least 3 years of experience in guiding management in visual management (OBEYA)
- You have at least 5 years of experience working within the context of executive agencies of the national government (5000+ organizations)
Wish:
You have in-depth knowledge of the Lean/Agile tools (Jira, Miro) and transformation. Scaled Agile Framework, Scaled Agile / SAFe Agilist certified, Leading Safe, Lean Leadership, Lean Agile Portfolio Management
You have knowledge and experience with scrum activities
You have excellent knowledge of IT processes and systems and business domains
You have experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple value streams and release trains
You have experience with giving Agile training / education
