Our company operates across three divisions: the Agroline Sector, the Defence Sector, and the IT Sector. We are currently looking for a strong and strategic Head of Agroline Marketing with an excellent marketing experience background to oversee our Agroline Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing of marketing strategies to be aligned with the overall business objectives;
• Analyzing market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and set strategic goals;
• Developing and executing marketing campaigns advertising efforts and public relations activities;
• Monitoring and managing marketing budgets and allocation of resources effectively;
• Setting marketing targets, establishing marketing processes and implementing strategies to drive the growth;
• Monitoring marketing performances, analyzing marketing data and identifying areas for improvement;
• Training and mentoring marketing team and fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing field;
• Strategic thinking and planning skills to develop effective marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals;
• Strong leadership and managerial skills to oversee and guide marketing team;
• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and technologies, including social media, content marketing, SEO, and analytics;
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to establish partnerships and collaborations.
