Digital Project Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Lead digital projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with clients and cross-functional development teams to create innovative, web-based software solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure smooth communication among all stakeholders.
• Apply agile project management practices to drive progress, maintain transparency, and continuously improve workflows.
• Take ownership of your projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
• Contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and help shape digital products that are both technically robust and user-centric.

Your Profile

• A background or hands-on experience in software development is an advantage, but strong industry experience is equally valued.
• You are familiar with modern web and integration concepts such as APIs, REST, microservices, SEO, or XML.
• You enjoy working autonomously and appreciate the freedom to structure your tasks and responsibilities independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in German and English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive mindset, passion for digital solutions, and the willingness to collaborate within a technically engaged, solution-oriented team.
