The QA Engineer role plays an important part within the Digital Experience team, while also interacting with other project teams that can impact Bitdefender customers’ digital experiences.

The role primarily involves ensuring the quality of the Digital Experience team’s deliverables, as well as communicating with other project teams when needed to understand requirements. The core activities include: collaborating with the existing QA team, contributing to the testing strategy for DEX deliverables while maintaining high quality standards, analyzing and understanding business requirements, and implementing automated tests to ensure a QA gate for all changes before they reach the production environment.

• Is responsible for implementing test scenarios deemed necessary by internal decision-makers, using internal or external resources;
• Evaluates business requirements and contributes to defining test scenarios together with the testing team, ensuring that tickets contain all necessary information;
• Analyzes flows and interdependencies in the testing process and ensures the implementation of technical requirements without affecting other functionalities;
• Ensures that every implemented test scenario follows testing principles;
• Investigates and collaborates with the development team to validate defects reported to the team.

Experience:

• Technical knowledge in testing and delivering web applications;
• +3 years experience;
• Ability to document processes and test IT solution processes;

Specific knowledge:

• JavaScript;
• Testing principles;
