Project Manager

Project Manager – Data Centre Construction (Sweden)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major Data Centre build in Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or construction management, with proven experience delivering large-scale projects with tier-one contractors.

Key Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent

• 5+ years post-qualification experience with tier-one contractors

• Excellent knowledge of building regulations and certification standards

• Strong leadership with a focus on safety culture onsite

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards

• Lead, manage, and coordinate multi-discipline teams and subcontractors

• Monitor workflow, materials, quality, and risk on-site

• Liaise with client, design teams, and internal stakeholders

• Chair site and client meetings, provide regular reports

• Oversee project controls, budgets, scheduling, and change management

• Ensure safe construction practices and foster a safety-first culture
