For our growing organization, we are looking for a C++ Developer to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and development of high-performance, low-latency applications for mission-critical financial systems
• Collaborate across teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient C++ code
• Analyze performance and scalability issues and make improvements
• Investigate new technologies and continuously contribute to improvement of code quality and development practices

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in C++ development
• Strong knowledge of modern C++ standards (C++11 and later)
• Experience with multi-threading, memory management, and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns
• Familiarity with Linux development environment
• Experience with network programming, real-time systems, or financial/trading applications is a strong plus
• Preferred: Experience or familiarity with Java and enterprise-level systems
• Good knowledge of relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL) and SQL
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git or SVN
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Proficient in written and spoken English
