We are looking for a Project Collaboration Specialist who will strengthen our organization’s innovation-focused projects and proactively manage stakeholder relationships. This role requires coordinating strategic collaborations both within the organization and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaboration opportunities with industry partners and universities, and coordinate joint project processes end-to-end
• Provide operational and documentation support to teams involved in patent and intellectual property processes
• Take an active role in preparing, executing, and monitoring official agreements and protocols
• Represent the organization in meetings, events, and project presentations with external stakeholders
• Work closely with internal teams to analyze project needs and shape collaborations accordingly

Qualifications

• Minimum B2 level proficiency in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing inter-institutional coordination
• Experience in university–industry collaboration, project development, or similar fields is preferred
• Familiarity with patent or intellectual property processes is an advantage
• Competence in official correspondence, protocol management, and stakeholder coordination
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for organizational representation
• Strong analytical thinking, coordination, and follow-up skills
