Responsibilities

• Work with SSRS and SSIS to maintain, rebuild, and optimise reporting components.
• Manage, operate, and troubleshoot data pipelines and data reporting workflows.
• Support the demerger process, ensuring clean separation and restructuring of affected data assets.
• Identify, analyse, and catalogue data sets and reports that must be demerged or migrated.
• Reformat, repoint, and reconfigure SSRS reports to ensure accurate data sourcing after separation.
• Rebuild or adjust data pipelines to reflect new data paths created.
• Collaborate with data owners, architects, and business stakeholders to document requirements and ensure reporting continuity.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve data pipeline or reporting issues.
• Maintain documentation of all changes to pipelines, data flows, and reporting components for compliance and audit needs.

Experience & Skills Required

• 8+ years working in data engineering, BI engineering, reporting engineering, or similar domains.
• At least one full project lifecycle involving data migration, separation, or similar large-scale transformations (more is preferred).
• SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
• Data modelling
• Strong experience analysing and working with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and structured data.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
