Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon

Our company is excited to welcome a dedicated Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon to our exceptional team. This position involves diagnosing and surgically treating various conditions affecting the face, mouth, and jaw. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in performing a wide range of procedures, including dental implants, corrective jaw surgeries, and trauma management, while ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each patient. Essential Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnostics to determine the best course of treatment for patients
• Develop and implement comprehensive surgical plans for addressing complex oral and maxillofacial conditions
• Perform a variety of surgical operations with a focus on patient safety and comfort
• Oversee pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring a smooth recovery process
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient interventions and outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about surgical options and recovery processes
• Adhere to regulatory standards while maintaining accurate patient records
  
  

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited institution
• Successful completion of an accredited residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Board certification and active state dental license
• At least 5 years of practice experience in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery
• Proven surgical skills with a comprehensive understanding of relevant procedures
• Exceptional communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
