Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an AI Pre-Sales Engineer. The role involves providing technical expertise and support in the pre-sales process, building strong client relationships, and effectively communicating value propositions. Responsibilities include developing customized solutions, collaborating with sales professionals, and offering technical demonstrations to meet client needs.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales with the ability to design tailored solutions for clients
  • Experience in Technical Support, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and assisting customers with technical queries
  • Strong Communication skills to clearly present concepts, conduct demonstrations, and build rapport with clients
  • Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with AI solutions and cloud technologies is advantageous
  • Technical background or degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is a plus
