The Opportunity:
You will be the execution engine behind a rocket ship.
- Your role will be centered on translating bold vision into shipped product for enterprise clients.
- You will report directly to the CTO, and own the entire product heartbeat: from sprint planning and engineering unblocks to ensuring features actually get adopted by six-figure clients.
- This isn't about dreaming up strategy - the Founders have that covered - this role is about bringing relentless clarity, forcing decisions, and shipping value fast in a chaotic, high-growth environment.
- If you've been the only senior PM at an early-stage B2B SaaS company that has seen commercial success and scale, this is your chance to do it again with AI technology.
The Skills/Requirement Needed to Succeed:
- You have been the senior-most IC PM at an early stage B2B SaaS startup.
- You have seen the sub-$10M - to - $15M ARR growth phase before.
- Bonus points if you've done this for a PropTech, and are used to dealing with large enterprise clients (Property $ Management firms that have portfolios of 80k units and beyond).
- You can be in an office in North York (Yonge and Sheppard) 2 - 3 days/week.
