Senior Software Engineer

Role:

• Join the team as a senior software engineer and help design and build software solutions that empower the business teams.
• You will work on the full development cycle—from understanding business needs to deploying secure, scalable solutions and supporting production systems.
• Your work will have a direct impact on enterprise-scale financial systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain high-performing, secure, and scalable software solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide junior developers or external teams.
• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to define project scope and ensure technical feasibility.
• Contribute to key projects and support overall team growth while promoting best practices like Agile, CI/CD, and TDD.
• Continuously improve processes and provide solutions that enhance system efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in software engineering, preferably in FinTech, financial services, or banking.
• Expertise in Java, relational databases, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services or similar cloud infrastructure.
