MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.


Role Summary

MetaComp is expanding its next-generation digital asset and payments ecosystem and is looking for a Product Manager – Cards to drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our card products. This role sits at the intersection of payments, fintech innovation, and regulatory compliance, owning card programs across issuance, processing, partnerships, and user experience. You will shape the roadmap, work closely with issuers and networks, and deliver card solutions that meet the evolving needs of consumers, corporates, and ecosystem partners.


Key Responsibilities


1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Develop and own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for MetaComp’s card products (virtual & physical).
  • Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive trends to inform product direction.
  • Build business cases, define KPIs, and ensure alignment with company goals.

2. Product Development & Delivery

  • Translate strategy into detailed product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria).
  • Lead cross-functional squads (engineering, design, compliance, risk, ops, data) to deliver features on time and within scope.
  • Ensure product scalability, reliability, and user experience excellence.
  • Drive A/B testing, pilot launches, and rapid iterations based on insights.

3. Card Program Management

  • Oversee card issuance, processing, integration, and operational workflows.
  • Manage relationships with card networks (Visa/Mastercard), BIN sponsors, processors, and issuing partners.
  • Ensure product compliance with payments, AML, and card scheme rules.
  • Monitor card lifecycle, limits, fees, risk controls, and dispute/chargeback processes.

4. Stakeholder Management & Governance

  • Partner with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Finance to ensure regulatory soundness and operational readiness.
  • Align internal teams and leadership through clear documentation, updates, decision briefs, and risk assessments.
  • Lead vendor evaluations, contract discussions, SLA management, and performance reviews.

5. Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement

  • Use product analytics, card performance metrics, and customer feedback to drive enhancements.
  • Monitor card profitability, customer activation, spend patterns, and fraud trends.
  • Continuously optimise card features, rewards, pricing, and customer experience.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 5 years of product management experience in fintech, banking, payments, or card issuance environments.
  • Strong understanding of card ecosystems: issuance, acquiring, processing, tokenisation, disputes, KYC/AML considerations.
  • Experience working with Visa/Mastercard, BIN sponsors, processors, or card scheme certification.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth fintech environments.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience launching prepaid, debit, or co-branded card programs.
  • Familiarity with crypto-linked cards or digital asset-based payment flows.
  • Experience with ISO 8583/20022, tokenisation, card SDKs, and fraud management tools.
  • Exposure to MAS regulatory frameworks (PSA, AML/KYC, safeguarding, outsourcing).
