Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute nuclear projects from initiation through closeout.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. nuclear industry standards, including NRC, DOE, and OSHA guidelines.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to maintain project alignment.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and communicate progress, issues, and solutions clearly.
- Oversee quality assurance and safety processes to ensure all work meets required standards.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Nuclear Technology, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- 5+ years of project management experience in nuclear energy, nuclear construction, or related regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of NRC, DOE, QA/QC requirements, and industry safety standards.
- PMP certification preferred; experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work within highly regulated environments and manage large, complex projects.
