Role Overview

As a Manager/Sr.Manager Product Design, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive and impactful user experiences. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will design solutions that delight users and align with business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for Titan’s Products, from research to delivery.
• Strong inclination toward creating new processes, setting up frameworks, and introducing best practices.
• Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and advocate for user needs.
• Maintain design systems for consistency and scalability to shape our product vision.
• Manage and mentor designers (junior → mid → senior → principal), building growth plans, coaching, and feedback culture.
• Communicate trade-offs, influence decisions, and unblock execution.
• Drive strong relationships with PMs, Engineering Managers, Data and Research teams.
• Represent design in planning, roadmap discussions, and quarterly goal-setting.

Skills and Qualifications

• You should have a minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience.
• You’re a designer first and a manager second, you know craft.
• You’ve scaled teams and built processes, not just executed solo.
• You demonstrate empathy by deeply understanding user needs, pain points, and motivations, and translating those insights into thoughtful, human-centered design solutions.
• You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and turning chaos into clarity.
