Important Note on Work Location
This is a full-time role based in Kochi, Kerala. This role will begin remotely with the plan to transition to working from our new Kochi office upon its opening around June 2026. We are only considering candidates who are based in Kochi or are willing to relocate by that time.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer with 1 to 1.5 years of full-time industry experience to join our team. If you’re passionate about designing user-centred digital experiences and collaborating on meaningful projects, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-quality UI designs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers and senior designers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research and basic usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Translate business requirements into clean, visually appealing and functional interfaces.
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guidelines.
- Prepare structured design documentation and clearly present design concepts.
Requirements
- 1–1.5 years of full-time UI/UX design experience (internship experience will not be considered).
- Strong proficiency in Figma (bonus: Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centred design and responsive design.
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and conducting usability testing.
- Strong visual design sense with high attention to detail and consistency.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- A solid portfolio showcasing real UI/UX project work.
Nice to have
- Graphic design skills (posters, brochures, PPTs, logos).
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
