The End User Services team serves as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues. We are dedicated to resolving hardware, software, and connectivity challenges through both remote and on-site assistance, minimizing downtime, and continuously enhancing the digital workplace experience to empower employees to work efficiently and securely.
Your Mission
The End User Services team serves as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues. We are dedicated to resolving hardware, software, and connectivity challenges through both remote and on-site assistance, minimizing downtime, and continuously enhancing the digital workplace experience to empower employees to work efficiently and securely.
Your Mission
- Provide on-site technical support for laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Help with IAM tasks, such as creating and managing user accounts, access permissions, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
- Document issues and solutions accurately within the IT Service Management System.
- Maintain IT equipment inventory and support asset tracking activities
- Collaborate with senior team members to learn best practices in IT service delivery and workplace support.
- A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a strong desire to help others
- Empathy for users, with the ability to understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate effectively with teammates
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and embrace challenges with a mindset focused on continuous improvement
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a positive approach to setbacks as learning opportunities
- Basic familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and common operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, iOS) is a plus
