We’re looking for an experienced Level 3 IT Engineer (FIFO) to support one of our clients on a 3-month engagement. This role involves fortnightly onsite work at a mining site in Cobar, NSW, with the alternate weeks completed remotely. You’ll be responsible for a mix of server support, general onsite IT tasks, and light networking duties.
The client is in urgent need of support, so we’re seeking someone who can start immediately.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- General server management, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Onsite IT support across the mine site
- Light network tasks including patching and maintenance
- Working independently and taking ownership of technical issues
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong experience with server administration (Windows Server preferred)
- Solid understanding of networking, including patching and basic maintenance
- Ability to work autonomously in both onsite and remote environments
- Proven Level 3 support experience
- Travel: All flights and accommodation arranged and paid for by the client.
