Your work will cover everything from improving our existing stack, building integrations, shipping new features from scratch, experimenting with AI workflows, and cutting through complexity with velocity. If you can’t move fast, this won’t be for you. If you can, you’ll thrive.

What we’re looking for

• Full-stack dev who actually ships

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, Node, Java/C# is considered as an advantage

• Ability to think in systems and reduce complexity instead of adding layers

• Comfortable using AI tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, whatever makes you dangerous)

• Curiosity to break into new markets and adapt quickly

• Someone who wants their work in production every week, not in a backlog

What you’ll do

• Build new features end-to-end across Spindl’s platform

• Integrate with delivery apps, inventory, ERP, CRM systems, loyalty providers and other best-in-class partners

• Improve and refactor existing systems without drama

• Prototype fast using AI tools, then harden what works

• Push innovation in an industry that still runs on duct tape

• Work directly from our Tallinn office with the founding team
