Lead and scale Odys Global’s mentorship division
Odys Mentors is the education and growth arm of Odys Global, built to deliver practical, operator-led mentorship across the domain and SEO ecosystem. We’re hiring a Managing Director to take end-to-end ownership of Odys Mentors and scale it into a premium, outcomes-driven business unit—growing revenue, expanding our operator network, and strengthening Odys Global’s ecosystem.
Build and grow Odys Mentors into a structured, scalable, globally recognized platform—driving mentor quality, program excellence, community retention, and revenue growth, in alignment with Odys Global’s premium positioning. This role also plays a key part in deepening Odys’ business network by cultivating operators, partnerships, and community relationships that compound over time.
- Own full P&L for Odys Mentors, with clear revenue and profitability targets
- Define strategy, positioning, pricing, and expansion plans (new markets, tiers, and formats)
- Build and manage a high-quality mentor network (selection, onboarding, standards, continuous performance)
- Develop scalable mentorship products (cohorts, tiers, playbooks, repeatable programs, certification/quality frameworks)
- Lead the community journey: retention, accountability systems, outcomes tracking, and member progression
- Drive partnerships, branding, and visibility—using Mentors as a strategic lever to strengthen Odys’ operator and business network
- Establish KPIs, operating cadence, reporting, and an execution rhythm across the unit (weekly/monthly performance reviews)
- Proven leadership experience with clear ownership and execution results
- Strong understanding of SEO, digital assets, and/or online business ecosystems
- Commercially sharp: pricing, packaging, funnels, partnerships, and monetization
- High standards in talent, product quality, and delivery consistency
- Builder mindset: can create structure, systems, and process from scratch
- Decisive, accountable, and execution-oriented
