We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our C-level and the Senior Leadership Team.


This role combines traditional executive assistance responsibilities with business coordination duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and efficient time management at the senior leadership level.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain the calendar, including scheduling internal and external meetings, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating availability with other senior leaders.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and financial documentation for internal and external use.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Providing support in daily operational tasks and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Act as a liaison between the dedicated department and other business units, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the coordination of key financial and business initiatives, including planning, tracking deliverables, and preparing progress reports.
  • Assist in organizing senior management meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Oversee administrative processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.


Your skills and experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Business Manager supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
