We are looking for a motivated IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Specialist to support the further development of our second-line IT risk function.
The organisation is currently in the middle of a major digital transformation, creating an exciting environment where new processes, governance structures, and risk methodologies are being introduced and strengthened.
This role is ideal for someone with initial experience in IT governance, IT risk, or information security who wants to take the next step and contribute to building modern frameworks, controls, and standards.
Your Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of IT governance, compliance, and risk processes
- Ensure adherence to internal, legal, and regulatory requirements (e.g., IKR, ISMS, supervisory guidelines, licensing and copyright rules)
- Assist in identifying, assessing, and managing IT risks
- Help create, update, and maintain IT guidelines, policies, and process documentation
- Support information security governance in collaboration with the internal control system
- Participate in internal and external IT audits
- Monitor regulatory changes and help translate them into actionable steps
- Collaborate with teams across the 1st and 3rd line to support alignment and transparency
Your Profile
- Initial experience in IT Governance, IT Risk, Information Security, or related areas
- Strong understanding of IT processes, risk thinking, and compliance principles
- Familiarity with regulatory environments such as DORA, MaRisk, VAIT/BAIT, or willingness to develop expertise
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Good communication skills and ability to work across teams
- Degree in IT, information management, business informatics, or comparable qualification
