The GenAI Developer focuses on designing, building, and deploying next-generation Generative AI solutions that solve complex business problems. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, architect scalable AI-enabled systems, and deliver high-quality software leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and modern data engineering practices.

What You’ll Be Doing

Requirements & Analysis

• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate requirements for GenAI initiatives.
• Evaluate GenAI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to identify optimal solutions for specific use cases.

Solution Architecture & Development

• Architect scalable software solutions that integrate GenAI capabilities into existing tools, platforms, or workflows.
• Develop high-quality software using Python and related technologies, following best practices and coding standards.
• Build and maintain data pipelines to support training, retrieval, and inference workflows.

Testing, Deployment & Maintenance

• Create and execute test plans to validate the accuracy, reliability, and performance of GenAI applications.
• Support CI/CD processes for rapid deployment of AI services.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimise AI applications in production environments.

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience developing robust software solutions, with strong Python proficiency.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying GenAI / LLM-based applications in production.
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and context-enhancement techniques.
• Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs/endpoints and managing vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone).
• Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Ollama, or similar.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with platforms such as Databricks or equivalent.
• Experience working within Agile or fast-paced development environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive interest in staying current with advancements in the GenAI and LLM ecosystem.
