Overview:
PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks an experienced Senior Cyber Security Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-level security strategies. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive transformational change in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Lead incident management, monitoring, and reporting.
- Oversee log aggregation and coordinate with third-party providers.
- Drive Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning.
- Develop risk management processes and implement mitigation strategies.
- Implement infrastructure security baselines and compliance checks.
- Lead Cyber Security strategy and awareness programs across the organization.
- Manage response to cyber incidents and conduct tabletop exercises.
- Provide security oversight for Microsoft Office 365 migration and Azure AD configuration.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Level 8 NFQ qualification (Honours Degree or higher) in computing or related discipline.
- Recognized Cyber Security certification (e.g., CISM, CISA, CISSP, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in:
- Designing and delivering Cyber Security solutions and policies.
- Driving security-enabled transformation projects.
- Risk management, incident response, and team leadership.
- Working with international security frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, NIS2).
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
