In this role, you will own the product category for Sound Devices, Accessories and Samsung Smart TV content & services in the Baltics. You will shape product strategy, manage the full P&L, and convert market insights into clear commercial actions. Your work will directly influence category performance, retailer decisions, and consumer experience.
You will collaborate closely with Key Account Managers, Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing and HQ product teams to ensure that each product is well-positioned, competitively priced and clearly understood by both consumers and partners.
This is a role for someone who is deeply curious about products, follows market and technology trends, understands viewer needs, and enjoys combining data, insights and commercial intuition to drive growth.

- Manage product sales and portfolio performance for Sound Devices, Accessories & Smart TV content across all Baltic markets.
- Develop and introduce product strategy, pricing and positioning for local markets.
- Drive the development and user experience of Samsung Smart TV content (apps & services) across devices.
- Manage TV content portfolio cycle from partner onboarding to Go-To-Market execution;
- Prepare forecasts and budgets; track revenues, profitability and costs; adjust plans to maximize product performance.
- Conduct market, consumer and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Own the category P&L and lead commercial decision-making.
- Collaborate with Baltic retail partners and internal stakeholders to plan marketing budgets, sales campaigns and retail execution.
- Work with Trade Marketing on in-store visibility, displays and merchandising projects.
- Prepare and deliver technical product presentations and proposals to customers across the Baltics.
What Makes You a Great Fit (Hard Skills)
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Category Management, Consumer electronics Sales or Digital Content/Apps Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business management, Marketing or similar
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills with ability to build forecasts, business cases and interpret market/consumer insights
- Strong PowerPoint & presentation storytelling skills for pitching products and ideas
- Experience in product positioning, go-to-market execution and value proposition building
- Experience with pricing strategy, margin management and commercial decision-making.
- Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver launches on time.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse functions.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Driver’s License B (advantage).
- Strong product curiosity and eagerness to understand technology, consumer behaviour and market trends
- Ability to think strategically and connect insights to long-term product direction
- Strong prioritization skills with ability to focus on the highest-impact actions
- Ownership mentality: ability to drive outcomes end-to-end
- Strong influencing skills to drive alignment across cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain speed, change direction when required and work on a range of projects at the same time;
- Desire to understand digital content ecosystems, streaming trends, app performance metrics is an advantage
