We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join Revpanda Group.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage a broad range of HR responsibilities across multiple countries, primarily Latvia and Portugal. You will play a key role in supporting employees, ensuring compliance, and enhancing HR operations within a dynamic and multicultural environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Administer employee benefits, leave, and attendance records.
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs for local accounting teams.
  • Support performance evaluations across different departments and entities (content, PM, sales, operations, etc.).
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Handle employee relations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Organize team-building events, workshops, and external trainings.
  • Maintain accurate HR data in BambooHR and Zoho People for multiple companies within the group.
  • Assist with HR audits (Portugal) and ensure compliance with local legislation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment for various roles across the group.


Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar roles.
  • Full business proficiency in English and Latvian; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of Latvian labour law and readiness to learn Portuguese labour regulations.
  • Prior experience working with remote and hybrid teams and within digital or tech-driven industries.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, multi-entity environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS (preferrably BambooHR or Zoho People).
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll input preparation, benefits administration.
  • Experience handling HR legal documentation (f.e. employment, contractor, material liabilities agreements).
  • Practical experience handling sensitive employee-relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
