The Operations Coordinator is a customer facing part of our Operations team. This role works cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Operations, Fulfillment, and Billing teams to input, analyze, and complete orders and get our product(s) to the customer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to our customers and highly accurate input into our customer relationship management system (Salesforce Service Cloud)
- Assure quality of all completed orders by resolving any issues or discrepancies
- Have a hands-on approach to complex situations/escalations and work to resolve them
- Deliver world-class customer experiences over the phone (max 15 calls/day)
- Manage customer and other internal Revel team needs and escalations via phone or email
- Support other Operational teams on an as-needed basis
- Additional duties or functions within Operations as requested by management
- Proficient written/spoken English is a must
- 1-2 years of customer service / operations / sales operations experience
- Strong experience with MS Office / Google docs
- Ability and willingness to work a late shift: Mon-Fri 17:00 - 01:30
- Experience with ERP software (NetSuite preferred)
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience with a ticketing system (Salesforce preferred)
- An aptitude for acquiring skills in technical areas and an eagerness to learn
- Experience in a POS technical support environment is a plus
