IBM Internship Junior DevOps Engineer

IBM CIC Baltic is a Client Innovation Center located in Vilnius with 300+ professionals working on client-facing or internal projects to deliver state-of-the-art software which solves all kinds of business problems in various industries. You would be joining Application Operations department which focuses on advising, building, moving, and managing multi cloud environments running on IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS or GCP.

Your Role And Responsibilities

You will assist our current DevOps Engineers team working with various projects and clients, working towards client specifications. You will have a real passion for the philosophy of DevOps which they'll be able to use to their advantage and deliver value for our clients. Your role will involve deploying solutions to the cloud which will allow: automatic provisioning and management of environments; the capability to continuously integrate; containerization functionality and the automation of testing.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include

• Help current team on deploying new applications
• Work on CI/CD by writing new pipelines and modifying current
• Collaborate with development teams using Git for version control
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment and configuration issue.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Docker - theoretical skills how to write docker file

• CI/CD tools - theoretical knowledge of any tool
• IaC - theoretical knowledge of infrastructure as a code
