We are looking for a Customer Interaction Project Manager to join Finance Systems Team in Vilnius. You will develop, maintain, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to support finance processes, ensuring it delivers a high-quality experience for end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with finance stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Prepare and document clear functional specifications for ServiceNow enhancements and new features.
- Act as a liaison between finance users and the ServiceNow development team to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
- Manage and prioritize the requirements backlog, aligning development tasks with finance goals and priorities.
- Maintain and continuously improve GBS Service Catalogs within ServiceNow, ensuring consistency and a user-focused approach.
- Promote ServiceNow as a key platform for finance support requests and process automation.
- Communicate updates, new features, and ongoing issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
- Provide guidance and support to end users to ensure smooth adoption and effective use of the platform.
- Participate in other cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing customer experience.
- Degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, ability to work closely with finance teams and technical developers.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT developers.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience working on user experience-related projects.
- Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, service catalogs, and integrations is a plus.
- Proactive approach to identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage.
