  • Coordinate closely with Quality & Regulatory teams to ensure all packaging components meet regional compliance, formatting, and claims requirements (QA/PD to provide regulatory content and claims)
  • Manage revision workflows, version control, and stakeholder feedback loops for all artwork and label assets
  • Work directly with a copywriter to develop marketing-friendly claims and customer-facing language
  • Demonstrate understanding of packaging materials, Pantone/CMYK color systems, printers’ technical requirements, and artwork formatting best practices
  • Naming Management
  • Own the end-to-end product naming process, from initial brainstorming and shortlisting through cross-functional evaluation
  • Collaborate with the copywriter on name creation and claims rewriting
  • Submit proposed names for legal review, manage feedback cycles, track trademark results, and document final approvals
  • Ensure cross-team alignment on the chosen name and maintain a structured naming archive
  • Packaging Innovation & Concept Support
  • Conduct market scans and category benchmarking to identify packaging trends, structural innovations, and competitive naming patterns
  • Collect and synthesize market insights to support concept development, naming rationale, and packaging creative direction
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Branding, Product Development, Marketing, Supply Chain, and QA/Regulatory to ensure accurate and timely delivery of packaging and creative assets
  • Partner with manufacturers, suppliers, and print houses to source and validate packaging solutions, materials, and specifications
  • Facilitate quotation processes with packaging vendors and coordinate technical requirements
  • Build clear and compelling internal decks for approvals, presentations, and launch materials related to naming and artwork concepts

Requirements

  • Experience in packaging project management, artwork coordination, branding, or product development
  • Strong understanding of packaging materials, color systems (Pantone, CMYK), printing processes, and artwork production
  • Proven ability to manage copy development, creative workflows, and cross-functional approval cycles
  • Familiarity with regulatory considerations for packaging (supplements, wellness, FMCG, or similar industries preferred)
  • Excellent project management skills: highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate with copywriters and creative teams
  • Ability to translate market research into actionable creative direction and packaging concepts
  • Comfortable working with suppliers, manufacturers, and external creative resources

What We Offer

  • Fully remote role in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Opportunity to influence packaging, naming, and creative direction for products used by customers worldwide
  • Participation in shaping innovative wellness products across multiple global markets
  • Growth opportunities within a dynamic, product-focused organization
