Project Manager | Offshore Renewable Energy

Are you ready to manage complex offshore projects that drive the global shift toward renewable energy? As a Project Manager, you will lead medium and large-scale multidisciplinary projects within the offshore wind and offshore green hydrogen market. You take full ownership of planning, budget, scope and stakeholder alignment, ensuring successful delivery while contributing to innovation in this rapidly evolving sector.
Your responsibilities
As Project Manager, you are the central figure in the execution of offshore engineering projects. You combine technical affinity with strong commercial and leadership skills to guide teams and stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
Your tasks include:
- Managing multidisciplinary offshore renewable projects from contract award to delivery, safeguarding scope, planning and budget
- Acting as the primary contact for clients, partners, and contractors throughout the project
- Leading internal teams across engineering, procurement and construction, ensuring alignment and collaboration
- Identifying risks, monitoring project performance and managing changes or contractual issues
- Providing input during tender phases to support technical feasibility, risk assessments and commercial strategy
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization for both ongoing and future offshore projects
- Reporting progress, financial updates and project milestones to internal management and clients

It provides end-to-end engineering, design and consultancy services covering the full lifecycle of offshore assets — from concept and feasibility to installation and decommissioning. You will be based in Rotterdam, with flexibility to work up to 50% from home. You will join a multicultural team of professionals working in an informal, collaborative environment with regular team events and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Offshore or related field)
- At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the offshore energy sector
- EPC(I) experience is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated success in managing projects above €250.000 contract value
- Strong skills in project cost control and experience with ERP systems
- Experience with Primavera P6 is a major plus
- Skilled in liaising with clients, contractors, consultants and authorities
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
You are organized, solution-driven and capable of managing complex and high-impact technical projects.
