As a Project Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the successful execution of smart water solution projects – from reviewing documentation to final implementation.
This is an opportunity to work with international teams, connect customer needs with smart technology, and deliver projects that make a positive impact on communities and the environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Accepting projects for implementation and reviewing project documentation prepared during the bidding phase.
- Leading, planning, organizing, and coordinating projects, including managing changes and the work of relevant project teams.
- Preparing, managing, and monitoring the project communication plan.
- Communicating with all project stakeholders.
- Managing partner relationships and offers within the entire partner ecosystem across pre-sales, sales, and implementation activities.
- Managing resources and planning the project timeline.
- Assessing and mitigating project risks.
- Controlling project costs and revenues.
- Monitoring sub-projects (product development, product changes, etc.).
- Providing periodic reports to the Project Management Office lead and/or the management board.
- Promoting company solutions (cross-selling / up-selling).
- Ensuring compliance with customer requirements and highlighting the company’s added value.
The competencies we are looking for:
- Completed at least level VI/2 education in social sciences or natural sciences.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in comparable positions.
- Ability to manage projects independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English language.
- Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the industry (products and services related to water meters or similar).
