Product Manager

How will you make an impact?

As our Product Manager, you will be in charge of managing Possession and bridal jewellery collections in line with the company vision and the strategy set by the product director.

You will pilot the development and ensure the coordination between all actors (design, manufacture, supply chain, communication, international commercial direction, markets) in order to reach the business objectives, product rentability and launch date of novelties. You will be responsible of your product portfolio management and make recommendations based on deep performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the short- and long-term product strategy for your collection, leveraging in-depth market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and guide portfolio evolution.
• Lead the full product development cycle, from crafting creative briefs for design to overseeing industrial development and ensuring drawing validation.
• Develop compelling novelty storytelling to bring new products to life and engage target audiences.
• Orchestrate successful product launches, coordinating cross-functionally with Communication, Press Relations, and Training teams, and ensuring proper implementation with International Sales Management (sell-in/sell-out forecasts, quantities).
• Manage and optimize the product portfolio and life cycle, including monthly performance analysis, stock management, and building/updating sell-out forecasts with proactive corrective actions.
• Oversee the management of jewelry special orders, ensuring a seamless and high-quality process.
• Coordinate and prepare impactful company presentations for various stakeholders.
• Foster strong collaboration across all teams by actively participating in and leading transversal projects.
  
  

How will you experience success with us?

• 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing with proven experience within the jewelry industry.
• Can do attitude, strong project management skills, ability to solve problems.
• Strong team spirit, proactive, enthusiastic and not afraid of challenges with proven track in cross functional management.
• Organized, Analytical minded, at ease with figures.
• Fluent English and French.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
