Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Salesforce Strategy Consultant, you will partner with clients to transform customer engagement and digital experience through Salesforce, bringing together IBM's unique capabilities across strategy, innovation, design, data analytics, cognitive computing, and technology platforms to develop and deliver high-impact transformation programs. Leveraging a growth mindset, you're ready and willing to deliver business value, wherever needed. In your role, you may be responsible for:
- Define Salesforce-enabled strategy roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Lead strategic discussions with executives on CRM, customer journey, and digital marketing.
- Drive end-to-end Salesforce strategy for Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure strategic alignment of technical solutions.
- Develop thought leadership and support proposal development for new opportunities.

Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Extensive consulting experience Salesforce & CRM Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds).
- Experience in CRM transformation, customer engagement, or digital strategy projects.
- Excellent communication and executive presence in client-facing settings.
- Ability to lead with a point of view and influence senior decision-makers.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Swiss/EU nationality or valid Swiss permit required.
- Salesforce certifications (Strategy Designer, Consultant, or Architect).
- Knowledge of AI/automation in CRM and digital engagement.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/Finance/Operations platforms.
