What you'll be doing 🚀

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance agentic systems.
• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex software solutions, ensuring best practices in code quality, testing, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and machine learning engineers, to deliver features that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Optimize and maintain cloud infrastructure, leveraging AWS, Azure and GCP services to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to foster a strong engineering culture.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in production, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence and improve system reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, proposing innovative solutions to enhance our product offerings.

What we're looking for 🤩

• Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a strong background in backend development.
• Proficiency in Python, with a solid understanding of software design patterns and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and GCP, including deploying and managing applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver effective solutions.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and technologies (React, Next.js, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience leading engineering teams or mentoring junior developers is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Bonus: Experience in AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
