What you'll do:

• Define and document solution architecture for scalable, secure microservices and RESTful APIs built on ASP.NET Core (C#); drive design reviews, coding standards, and performance tuning.
• Champion clean code, SOLID principles, and application of common design patterns; lead code reviews and pair programming.
• Plan and deliver sprints in Agile/Scrum, ensuring robust unit/integration tests, quality gates, and automated pipelines
• Establish CI/CD using Git/Azure DevOps/Jenkins; manage branching, merging, and release orchestration
• Build secure, resilient Web APIs and backend services; implement observability, logging, and fault handling.
• Deploy and operate workloads on Azure App Services and Docker; guide containerization strategies and cloud governance.
• Design and optimize SQL schemas, stored procedures, and queries; integrate with internal/external systems via REST/SOAP.

What you need to have:

• Proven leadership in .NET engineering with deep, hands‑on proficiency in ASP.NET Framework/ASP.NET Core, C#, and Web APIs.
• Strong command of object‑oriented programming and application of design principles/patterns.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps (branching, merging, conflict resolution) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid SQL skills (optimization, stored procedures) and integration experience.
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience (leading ceremonies, backlog management).
• Proficiency in Dutch is a must.

Good to have:

• Exposure to React.js for front‑end integration.
• Familiarity with Azure services (Web Apps, Storage, Functions) and awareness of AWS.
• Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow (SNOW).
