Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer

My client is seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join its Agile team and support its Data & Analytics (DnA) services. The engineer will manage and enhance the organization's data platforms hosted in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, focusing on enabling data-driven use cases for various internal teams. Responsibilities include building and maintaining automation pipelines using Azure DevOps, managing Azure services such as SQL Database and Databricks, and contributing to the security and performance optimization of services.

Key activities include managing and patching Azure resources, developing dashboards with Azure Monitor, conducting cost analysis and implementing improvements, creating infrastructure-as-code pipelines, and supporting business operations by resolving service incidents. This role offers the opportunity to work with a broad set of data tools, participate in impactful analytical projects, and collaborate within an Agile, Scrum-based team environment. Ideal candidates possess strong problem-solving abilities, relevant DevOps experience, and expertise in SQL, Linux, Python, and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• Technical experience with Python, SQL, Linux, Terraform and Bicep.
• Cloud experience with Azure (certified).
• Experience in CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Interest in data analytics and concepts associated with it.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
• Fluent Dutch speaking and written skills
