Security Operation Engineer

We’re looking for someone who enjoys solving tricky challenges, building strong security processes, and collaborating across teams. You will join the Cloud & Connectivity team within IT & Digital Solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Lead meetings, planning and analysis work with IT teams, business reps and stakeholders.
• Represent the team during customer audits.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for ecurity, ensuring compliance with customer, legal and security requirements.
• Work with regulations such as NIS2 and GDPR.
• Handle security reporting, incidents and communication during ongoing events.
• Manage and use tools such as PKI systems, app reinforcement systems, vulnerability scanners, SIEM tools and monitoring platforms.
• Run vulnerability management: scanning, risk assessments, patch coordination and penetration test planning.
• Define, implement and maintain security policies (network, identity, data security, etc.).
• Handle and document security incidents.
• Drive security risk management and create mitigation strategies.
• Train teams in security awareness.
• Conduct regular security audits across systems and logs.
  
  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Cloud security expertise (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of PKI, IAM, GDPR, NIS2
• Hands-on experience with SIEM (Splunk, Elastic, Sentinel, etc.)
• Experience implementing logging, alerting and dashboards
• Cloud-native monitoring practices
• Security architecture & compliance
• Excellent written and spoken English

• Experience with Agile ways of working (Scrum/Kanban)
• DevOps: Git repos, CI/CD pipelines
• DevSecOps practices
• Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, MQTT)
