We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support two cross-functional Scrum Teams developing high-impact hardware products for advanced production environments across the globe. This is an opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced engineering domain, driving continuous improvement and enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions.


About the Role

As a Senior Scrum Master, you will guide, coach, and support two Scrum Teams in their daily work. You will foster an environment that enables collaboration, transparency, and continuous learning, while ensuring alignment with agile values and principles. Your focus will be on removing impediments, improving team dynamics, and adapting the Scrum framework to suit each team’s unique context.


Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement across teams.
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and value delivery.
  • Support teams in planning, execution, delivery, and life-cycle management of hardware-focused products.
  • Remove obstacles, build strong networks, and ensure smooth cross-team collaboration.
  • Adapt the Scrum framework to team maturity, context, and business needs.
  • Foster psychological safety, motivation, and shared ownership within teams.
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations in a dynamic environment.
  • Drive clarity in ambiguous situations and help teams navigate change effectively.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in a hardware or engineering-focused environment.
  • Strong servant-leadership mindset with passion for people development and team success.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to create engagement and alignment.
  • Proven ability to handle complexity, ambiguity, and multiple perspectives.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience coaching teams and optimizing Scrum practices for different maturity levels.
  • Technical education at university level (engineering or related field).
  • Experience in line management or other leadership roles is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
